Extruders
Based on the extruder design and material used, all Ultra Purge grades can be used to clean the extruder's barrel, screw and head.
To clean single screw extruders with no vented barrels, we recommend using, based on the process resin, all Ultra Purge-E grades including Ultra Purge PLUS.
To clean twin-screw extruders or extruders with vented barrels, we recommend using the Ultra Purge CE-E concentrate grade. This grade must be mixed with the process resin.
